Privacy Policy

Your data stays protected and your seller decisions stay yours.

ThreadFleet helps fashion resellers prepare polished listing content and marketplace-ready drafts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and how you can manage or delete it.

Important: We do not sell personal information. We use your data to provide the service, support your account, and enable the marketplace features you explicitly authorize.

Information we collect

ThreadFleet collects information that helps us provide and improve the service, including account information you provide when you sign up, seller profile details, listing project data, uploaded photos, item facts, measurements, product notes, pricing preferences, and the content you generate or edit in the app.

We also collect marketplace connection status and related account metadata needed to support eBay or other marketplace integrations, such as OAuth tokens or connection records used to authorize a seller account. We do not sell personal information.

Listing photos and listing content

If you upload photos or add listing notes, they are used to generate marketplace copy, title suggestions, keywords, pricing guidance, and social captions. We may store the photos and content in our systems so you can review, edit, save, and reuse them in your listing workflow.

You remain responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate, lawful, and compliant with applicable marketplace rules, listing policies, and the rights of third parties.

Marketplace OAuth tokens and connected accounts

When you connect a marketplace such as eBay, we may store the credentials or tokens necessary to establish and maintain the connection, including OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, connection dates, scopes, marketplace IDs, and related metadata required for account authorization and disconnection.

These marketplace tokens are used only to support the specific connection you authorize and to enable the requested listing or publishing workflows. They are not used for unrelated tracking or advertising purposes.

How we use and share information

We use your information to operate the service, create and improve listing drafts, manage user accounts, provide support, maintain security, and fulfill the marketplace and account features you request.

We may share personal data with trusted service providers that help us host the application, process payments, store files, analyze technical issues, or provide customer support. These providers are contractually required to keep the data confidential and use it only for the services we have requested.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the service, or to respond to valid legal requests.

If a marketplace or partner requires data to fulfill an authorized connection, we may transmit the limited information needed for that specific integration, such as listing details or authorization metadata, in accordance with the applicable marketplace rules and our service agreements.

Service providers and data processors

ThreadFleet may use third-party hosting, cloud storage, authentication, analytics, infrastructure, and support providers to operate and secure the service. These providers may process data on our behalf and may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions. We select providers that implement reasonable security and confidentiality measures.

Examples of support functions may include Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, and other technical providers required to deliver the platform.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes access controls, secure cloud infrastructure, encrypted transport, and limited access to sensitive data.

No method of transmission or storage is completely guaranteed, so we cannot promise absolute security. If we become aware of a material security incident affecting personal information, we will notify affected users where legally required and take steps to mitigate the issue.

Retention and deletion

We retain personal information and listing data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain compliance, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Listing photos, draft content, account records, and marketplace connection records may be kept for the period necessary to support your use of the service and the operation of the business.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@threadfleet.com. We will process verified deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible, subject to legal retention obligations, active billing or dispute requirements, or technical limitations. Deletion may include marketplace-related connection records, listing project data, and uploaded files associated with your account. In some cases, we may retain limited records to comply with legal obligations or to prevent fraud or abuse.

If you disconnect a marketplace account, we will stop using the marketplace connection for future operations and remove or disable any stored access tokens or connection records that are no longer required, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.

eBay and marketplace-specific data

If you connect an eBay account, ThreadFleet may store the data needed to maintain the connection and provide seller-facing listing support, including authorization tokens, marketplace account identifiers, listing metadata, and records of connection status. We use this information only to support the requested eBay functionality and to maintain a working connection you have authorized.

If you disconnect your eBay account or request removal of marketplace access, we will revoke or disable the stored connection and remove the related access data where operationally reasonable, unless we are required to retain limited information for legal, security, or billing compliance purposes.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, limit, or object to processing of your personal information, and to receive a copy of the data we hold about you. You may also choose not to provide certain optional information, though this may limit some features of the service.

You can request a review of your data or ask for deletion by contacting support@threadfleet.com. If you disconnect a marketplace connection from Settings or the app, we will stop using that connection for future operations and remove access where appropriate.

Children

ThreadFleet is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without valid consent, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or operating practices. If material changes are made, we will post the updated policy on our website and update the effective date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
