Seven steps from item to ready-to-publish

Create

Upload original item photos

Start with clear photos of the actual item. ThreadFleet keeps these seller photos available as ORIGINAL or INSPECTION PHOTO so important details remain easy to check.

Create

Add the item facts

Enter the condition, measurements, brand, size, material, and any flaws. Add care instructions and other notes when you know them. Accurate details help the AI stay accurate.

Create

Choose an AI model

Choose the model style that fits your listing. The AI MODEL image becomes the first cover photo, so make sure it shows the item clearly and looks right for your marketplace.

Review

Review and edit the listing package

Read the generated title, description, keywords, and suggested price. Edit anything that needs to sound more like you or better match the item. Verify condition, measurements, material, care instructions, price, and flaws before you continue.

Review

Save the draft

Save your reviewed listing so your work is ready in your workspace. Saving a draft does not publish it anywhere.

Connect

Connect marketplaces

Open Publishing Center and connect the marketplaces you want to use. Disconnected marketplaces stay unselected. eBay can stay connected after authorization. Poshmark and Mercari currently require their browser extensions.

Publish

Prepare and manually confirm publishing

Prepare the listing for your selected marketplaces, check the final details, and confirm each publish action yourself. Nothing is published automatically. You remain responsible for the final marketplace listing.

Troubleshooting

Your session expired

Saved information is missing

Refresh the page first. If it still does not appear, check that you are signed in to the correct account.

A required field or price is missing

Return to Quick Listing and complete the required item facts. Add a price before preparing the listing.

A marketplace is not connected

Open Publishing Center and authorize that marketplace. Keep disconnected marketplaces unselected.

Keep your account safe: Never paste API keys, passwords, recovery codes, or authenticator secrets into support chats.
